WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Venmo at this time. As we grow, we are exploring various payment options for clients. Make sure you are following our social media pages to keep up with any updates on payment methods! Venmo: @Chic_Shanties
DO THE GLAMPERS KEEP ANYTHING?

To keep the prices reasonable, we do not offer a gift or goody bag. We are a rental service that brings the party to your doorstep and takes down the glampsite when the party is done. We will be offering "add-ons" in the future! Check back soon to see the changes!
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We love seeing that the glampsite was fully enjoyed when we come to pick it up the next morning! As a small business, we take additional time and careful measures to guarantee the quality of our rental inventory to every client without having to raise our rental rate. We kindly request that you ask guests to refrain from jumping on the glampsite beds. This "rule" is in place to minimize the risk for injury and leave little room for inventory damage to occur! We love clients who take our themes to the next level! Please ensure all nail polish, makeup, or other staining products are not handled by guests in the glampsite space. Thank you! Major damage to any of the products will be requested to be replaced.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Absolutely! We could not think of a more memorable and fun gift to give. Please send an email to chicshantiespb@gmail.com to purchase a gift card. Please be aware that we are currently only serving the Perrysburg, Ohio and surrounding areas.
HOW DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR THE PARTY SET-UP?

Please clear the room you want your glampsite in prior to our arrival. Our team is NOT responsible to help move furniture to clear the space for your event rental. Please note that our shanty tents with air mattresses in them are about 75 inch long x 48 inch wide! Please ask each guest to bring a sleepover pillow for additional sanitization purposes (our pillows are for decorative use only). Along with any other stuffies or other items that their child may want.
WHAT KIND OF LAUNDRY PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

Kirkland's signature brand for both the detergent and the fabric softener. OxiClean is also sometimes used. All items are washed and sanitized for the next party!
